Sometimes life dictates the schedule, not the calendar.

This project was originally intended as an Easter greeting, but between intense deadlines and the usual daily chaos, it only just made its way out of the render queue.

Technically, this was a playground for particle simulations using X-Particles. Whether you see it as a symbol of rebirth or the end of the world... I’ll leave that up to you.

A quick look behind the curtain of my latest personal project.
This video shows the different stages and the evolution of the piece—from particle experiments in Cinema 4D to the final look-dev in Octane Render and compositing in After Effects. It was a process of trial and error to find the right balance between the layers of the animation.
