Halloween 2024
Like almost every year, I wanted to create something Halloween-themed this time too. My visual inspiration came from the works of artists in the perfume, beauty and product design fields. I focused on using simple elements like gradients, light and shadow, reflections, and arrangements to create engaging compositions. As usual, I got a bit carried away, and the Halloween theme may have taken a back seat. But since I view this as a creative exercise, I think it’s alright.
In Motion
After experimenting with various arrangements of the knives, I thought I’d love to see it in motion as well.
Exploring New Form through Knife Compositions
Bringing the knives closer together created a single, unified shape, almost like a distinct body. This arrangement inspired me to explore new perspectives and abstract interpretations, where light and shadow reveal unexpected forms and details. Each angle offers something fresh, almost turning the piece into a sculptural study in reflection and shape.
